Due to COVID-19, we are unsure about the dates for the next available expedition. We hope 2021 will bring good news for our return. Thank you for your patience as we wait for the opportunity to lead service expeditions to Cambodia once more.
Volunteers
Help Nurtures Hope needs volunteers to assist in making our sustainable service move forward. There are several ways to serve:
Youth Volunteers – ages 15 1/2 to 18, who are motivated, passionate and committed to serving communally as well as globally and making a difference in their lives as well as in others.
Adult Leaders – ages 24 and older, motivated and committed to humanitarian service and to training and guiding youth in leadership.
Young Adult Assistant Leaders – ages 19 to 23, who have served on a humanitarian service mission, and have the passion and commitment to lead and work intently with youth volunteers.
At-Home Mentors – any age, individuals who will not go on the expedition but who have knowledge and skills to share and encourage this growth in the youth volunteers, assisting with retreats, service projects, teaching, and other preparation.
